Four Seasons loan officers are expected to hold themselves to a higher standard of service to their clients. We expect them to focus on listening to their clients and making sure that the client understands the process and the fees involved. As loan officers they are not expected to “process” loans.

In addition, Four Seasons employs a support staff that is expert in loan programs, underwriting, processing and closing. With this combination of expertise and focus, we created an astonishingly successful business model that works better, in every aspect, than the traditional model.
